I bring a wealth of experience having worked within a high pressure hospital environment for nearly three decades leading teams through a programme of change. I also have several years’ experience as a mental health charity volunteer helping people with a wide range of emotional difficulties.
I hold a Masters Degree in Counselling Studies, a Diploma in Stress Management & Resilience Building, and a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy.
I am an Accredited Member of The General Hypnotherapy Register, a Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, and a member of the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council. I work within their code of conduct and adhere to their ethical frameworks.
