Workplace Wellbeing & Mental Health At Work
It makes good business sense to proactively protect the wellbeing of your teams by creating a working environment where people flourish.
Sickness absence due to mental ill health costs the UK economy more than £8bn per year, according to the Centre for Mental Health charity, while the cost of reduced productivity from those suffering from mental ill health who turn up to work (presenteeism) is a further £15bn every year.
Supporting people to feel and perform at their best will boost the output of your teams – and profit your business. Benefits can include a reduction in staff turnover and a reduction in staff recruitment costs, as today’s employees seek out employers who offer more than simply a salary.
As an experienced mental health professional, I am committed to addressing your specific workplace challenges using tools which will make the biggest difference for your employees and your business. These are chosen specifically for your organisation based on discussion with you and input from your employees through our ‘check in with yourself’ survey

From that point of my journey onwards, I slowly but surely started to rediscover the person I was before my anxiety became so bad! Not only this, but the toolkit that Diane has given me to tackle any potential problems in the future is invaluable!
For these reasons, I genuinely could not recommend Diane more!
If your reading this you’re obviously suffering in some way , I have suffered with negative thinking, self persecution and anxiety for 10 years , life has not been very pleasant.
On the outside I appeared normal , on the inside I was suffering badly .
After 5 sessions with Diane my life is amazing, she has got me to a place I didn’t think possible.
Diane will make you feel comfortable from the moment you meet her and help you fix the issues you have . I really can’t put in to words just how amazing her techniques are .
I am fixed and it was Diane that helped me get fixed . From the 1st session I felt different and couldn’t believe how fast I progressed. THANK YOU DIANE .
Diane has got a lot of time for people, and it is really appreciated. I cannot recommend her enough! She has taught me some fantastic, helpful methods of dealing with emotions and understanding my feelings and emotions too.
Glad I went to see her when I did!
