Having such constant worry can leave you feeling mentally and physically exhausted; counselling will help you to make sense of your thoughts and feelings. It can be daunting asking for help and some people may view it as a sign of weakness. But it is not, it a sign of personal strength and courage and that you want to improve your life.
As an Integrative Counsellor, my work is based on honesty and equality. I work creatively, drawing from other therapeutic approaches to suit your needs. I do not give advice or tell you what to do. You know what hurts and together you can find the courage to listen to yourself to increase your self-knowledge to be able to listen and trust your intuition, to value yourself, to be kind to yourself, to accept yourself to make healthy choices to take your vision into action.
